As a rambunctious little kid, I thought the only way to calm my anxiety was through running. But after years of playing every sport that piqued my interest, I found out what tight hips and cracking knees were. These signs of aging too quickly led me to yoga which introduced another way of calming my newfound adult anxiety (and also led me to becoming a certified teacher). These are some of my favorite poses that have brought me inspiration and ease while working in the ever-changing and always-challenging ad industry.
